The 2nd SAT Vertical Powder Coating Plant for the Polish company Aluprof

We are proud to announce that we completed the assembly of a new vertical powder coating line for Aluprof (GRUPA KETY), one of the leading extruder company in Europe. It is the 2^nd line ordered by the Polish Company after the Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 Cube Powder Coating Booths installed in Bielsko Biala in 2015.

The Polish brand is part of Grupa Kęty, a holding company active in the production of profiles and aluminum components, in the design and manufacturing of architectural systems and in the production of accessories for windows and doors.

With a paint capacity of 7 million m² per year, Aluprof is a leading producer of aluminium systems in Europe with more of 50 years of experience, with branches in many European countries and in the US.

To satisfy Aluprof needs, SAT supplies a Vertical Powder Coating plant for aluminium extrusions suitable  to perform “SEASIDE AA” pre-treatment.

This time, Aluprof has chosen a SAT Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 Cube Powder Coating Booths placed in parallel equipped with a Gema Opticenter OC03 with 20 automatic guns fed by dense phase pumps AP01.1 for a higher powder transfer efficiency.
