SAT y el 1er Cubo en los EE. UU.

The magazine IPCM (International Paint & Coating Magazine) dedicates an article to the 1st SAT Cube Plus Line in the US.

The Cube Plus line installed for the US company International Extrusions (Intex) in the productive unit of Garden City, Michigan, includes an acid pre-treatment cycle with cascade technology and one “V” shaped powder coating booth with 1 Gema OptiCenter OC07 powder management centre and  16 Gema OptiGun GA03-P automatic guns.
The SAT Visicoat system for the automatic setting of the guns is a cutting-edge, optically controlled vision system that automatically adjusts the pressure of each paint gun when new shapes are introduced into the line, assuring consistent coating on every profile.
