Referee: Chief Operations Officer
Reporting to the COO, he/she is responsible for ensuring that production processes and final products comply with company quality standards and industry regulations.

Main goals and tasks:
- Monitoring and ensuring product compliance with quality requirements and company standards;
- Supervising the quality control process at every stage;
- Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Providing technical support to Purchasing offices in supplier management and resolution of quality issues;
-  Coordination of internal audits to verify compliance of operating procedures with ISO standards;
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions following analysis of the causes of non- conformity;
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure that the purchased materials comply with required standards;
- Collaboration with Technical department in order to solve problems related with products quality;
- Monitoring and keeping the documents related to quality processes and ensuring its update.

Qualifications required:
- Technical High School Diploma or Degree
- Experience gained in the role
- Knowdledge of ISO 9001 and similar standards
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Role description

The Electrical Designer reports to the Software Engineering Manager and is responsible for the design of electrical switchboards and related electrical installations.

Objectives of the role

• Ensure the correct operation of the installations for the electro-mechanical part
• Promote the continuous improvement of electrical aspects
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers
• Collaborate with the team in the implementation and start-up phases of the installations

Main responsibilities

• Designing and preparing control panels
• Managing electrical material orders
• Checking the correct implementation of wiring prior to dispatch
• Updating the electrical diagrams after commissioning the installations, including any changes made on site

Hard Skills required for the position

• Qualification: Diploma or degree in technical field
• Previous experience in this role, even minimal, to be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Knowledge of EPLAN software for electrical design (preferred)
