    Software Electrical Department

    Referee: Electrical Software Department Manager
    Reporting to the Department Manager, he/she is responsible for the development of software for the automation of machines included in the coating systems, ensuring that the start-up is achieved and commissioned in the best possible way.

    Goals:
    - Ensuring the correct functioning of the system through the careful design of the machine control software;
    - Ensuring the safety of machine through appropriate software design;
    - Ensure the proper functioning of the electrical panels by testing them in SAT laboratory;
    - Ensuring the correct and intended use of the system through the instruction given to the user during commissioning;
    - Ensuring rapid and effective after-sales assistance, also through the use of remote connection.

    Main Tasks:
    - Checking the most suitable equipment to use in designing the electrical diagram;
    - Developing automation software for the control of machines designed by the technical office;
    - Testing the electrical panels before shipping them to the customer to ensure the correct operation and to correct any wiring or software errors;
    - Testing the system at the customer’s premises: verify that the system runs correctly according to the contractual specifications, that it is safe for personnel and that the final product has the expected quality;
    - Training the customer’s personnel using the system to ensure the safe use of the installed machinery.
    - Providing after-sales assistance: resolve customer difficulties or machine downtime via telephone assistance and/or remote assistance, or with on-site interventions;
    - Assisting the spare parts department in selecting suitable electrical equipment to offer to the customers.

    Qualifications required:
    - Technical High School Diploma or Technical Degree
    - Experience gained in the role
    - PLC software knowledge
    - Available for business trip up to 100 days.

  • Aftersales Technician (Service)
    PM Department

    Referee: Responsabile Ufficio PM Department Manager
    Reporting to the Office Manager, he/she is responsible for providing after-sales assistance to customers for the installation and start-up of SAT/Trevisan systems and machinery.

    Goals:
    - Providing aftersales assistance (ticketing system, mai, calls, messagges);
    - Managing warranties;
    - Managing returns from the customers (non-conformity)
    - Organization of service during the warranty period
    - Organization of scheduled and/or extraordinary maintenance interventions
    - Preparing reports following assistance/maintenance interventions
    - Promoting aftersales activities (reports, statistics)
    - Giving support to the spare department to find out the necessary spare parts for the customers;
    - Giving support to the PM Department for projects organization activities

    Main tasks:
    - Receiving the ticket through the management software Monday.com and managing the necessary actions, with the support of the technical referees, to solve the problem;
    - Through remote connection of the system, he/she evaluates customer requests for a first analysis;
    - He/She takes care of the tickets and updates the management software Monday.com with the actions undertaken to complete the ticket;
    - According to the contractual documents, he/she receives and manages the material to be supplied under warranty  to the customer and then he/she archives the document management.
    - He/she visits customers for plant and equipment inspection and he/she writes the interventions reports.
    - He/she Intervenes on the plant for problems that have led to production stoppages and he/she evaluates additional figures necessary for the intervention;
    - He/she supports the aftersales and PM departments according to the customers’ needs.

    Qualifications required:
    - Technical High School Diploma or Degree
    - Experience gained in the role

  • Quality Assurance Technician
    Quality Assurance Department

    Referee: Chief Operations Officer
    Reporting to the COO, he/she is responsible for ensuring that production processes and final products comply with company quality standards and industry regulations.

    Main goals and tasks:
    - Monitoring and ensuring product compliance with quality requirements and company standards;
    - Supervising the quality control process at every stage;
    - Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions
    - Providing technical support to Purchasing offices in supplier management and resolution of quality issues;
    -  Coordination of internal audits to verify compliance of operating procedures with ISO standards;
    - Implementing corrective and preventive actions following analysis of the causes of non- conformity;
    - Communicating with suppliers to ensure that the purchased materials comply with required standards;
    - Collaboration with Technical department in order to solve problems related with products quality;
    - Monitoring and keeping the documents related to quality processes and ensuring its update.

    Qualifications required:
    - Technical High School Diploma or Degree
    - Experience gained in the role
    - Knowdledge of ISO 9001 and similar standards
    - Problem solving skills and attention to detail
    - Excellent organizational and communication skills
