SAT AND THE NEW LINE FOR AFE (Aluminium France Extrusion)
We’re proud to announce we have just completed the start-up of a new Vertical Powder Coating Line with 1 C-Expert Powder Coating Booth for the French company AFE in Saint Florentin.
AFE (Aluminium France Extrusion) – now part of Aluminium Solution Group (ASG) – active in the field of developing and extrusion of aluminium profiles made-to-measure products, has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art solution for its productive unit in Saint Florentin (Burgundy-Franche-Comté).
The French company acquired a Vertical Powder Coating Line with 1 C-Expert Powder Coating Booth that guarantees a high transfer efficiency and a perfect application coverage even on "complex" profiles at the reference conveyor speed. It represents the 1st C-Expert sold by SAT in the French Market.
With a chain speed of 1,2 m/minute, the line foresees a drying and curing oven, both with bottom mounted fans to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the line. Moreover, we supplied to the French company 1 Gema Powder Center OptiCenter OC08 with 20 automatic guns OptiGun GA03.
