SAT & Al Twaijiri for a new line in the Arabian Peninsula

We’re proud to announce we’ve just concluded the start-up of a Vertical Powder Coating Line for the Arabian company Al Twaijiri, Ryadh. The installation represents the 2^nd line acquired by the customer after the Cube plant in 2016.

The line foresees a “cascade” pre-treatment tunnel, PP tanks and PVC walls for a higher resistance to corrosion and a longer durability. It is equipped with 1 SAT V-Shape Powder Coating Booth with high transfer efficiency.  Regarding the powder coating equipment, thanks to the partnership between SAT and Gema, we provided a Gema OptiCenter OC04 with 8 automatic guns model OptiGun GA-03.
