SAT and Alufar

The Azerbaijani company Alufar LLC, established in Azerbaijan in 2018 and active in the field of aluminium furniture profiles, accessories and facade systems, has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art solution for its productive unit in Baku.

Alufar acquired a Vertical Powder Coating Line with 1 V-Shape Powder Coating Booth that guarantees the best transfer efficiency, the best powder application uniformity and the best powder recovery percentage on the market.

With a chain speed of 1,4 m/minute, the line foresees a Drying Oven combined with a Curing Oven to obtain a great uniformity of the heat all across the oven section and an outstanding reduction of the heat escape as well as the profiles swinging.

Moreover, we supplied to the Azerbaijani company 1 Gema Powder Center OptiCenter OC09 with 16 automatic guns OptiGun GA03.
