SAT and Aluminios Barcelona

Aluminios Barcelona, one of the leading companies in the aluminium market and with a focus on aluminium systems for architects, developers and construction companies, has chosen SAT for the new vertical line in the productive unit of Sant Mateu, Castellón.

With a chain speed of 1,4 meters/minute, the new installation foresees 1 V-Shape Powder Coating Booth equipped with Gema OptiCentre OC08 and 20 automatic guns model OptiGun GA03.

Finally, SAT offered to Aluminios Barcelona the Visicoat, one of the most important innovations in the control of the aluminium profile coating process with the introduction of AI.
