SAT and Aluprof

We’re proud to announce we’ve just concluded the start-up of a new Vertical Powder Coating Line for the Polish company Aluprof SA, part of Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group.

It represents the 3^rd line acquired by Aluprof from SAT, after the Vertical one with 2 Cube Grande (V-Shape) Powder Coating Booths in 2018 and the Vertical Plant with 1 Cube Standard (V-Shape) Powder Coating Booth in 2015.

Aluprof SA, one of the leading producers of aluminium systems in Europe, a company with over 70 years of experience, chose once again SAT and its state-of-the-art technical solutions for the productive unit in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

With a chain speed of 2 meters/minute, the line foresees a drying oven and a curing oven, both with bottom mounted fans. Moreover, we supplied to the Polish company 2 C-Expert Powder Coating Booths equipped with Gema OC07 with 24 automatic guns.
