SAT and Alural: a 7-time-partnership for a new Vertical Line in Lummen

The Belgium branch of the company Alural, part of Reynaers group, has chosen SAT once again for its new Vertical Powder Coating Plant in Lummen. It is the 7^th SAT project for Alural since 2010.

With a conveyor speed of 1.5 m/min, the line foresees a work cycle with Chrome-free conversion and 1 drying oven of new generation (separated from the curing oven and equipped with 4 fans placed on the bottom of the oven in order to reduce the height of the oven and at to increase the length of the conveyor path inside).

SAT completed the supply with 2 vertical powder coating booths equipped with GEMA OptiCenter OC07 and 24 GEMA Automatic Guns model OptiGun GA03-P .
