SAT and Bradnam's

The company Bradnam’s Windows and Doors, founded in 1977 by Bill and Jan Bradnam and now recognised as one of the leading suppliers for the Australian construction industry, has chosen once again SAT and its state-of-the-art solution for its production facility in Brisbane, Australia.

Bradnam’s acquired a Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 C-Expert Powder Coating Booth that guarantees a high transfer efficiency and a perfect application coverage even on "complex" profiles at the reference conveyor speed.

With a chain speed of 1,3 m/minute, the line foresees a drying and curing oven, both with bottom mounted fans to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the line. Moreover, we supplied to Bradnam’s 2 Gema Powder Center OptiCenter OC07 with 18 automatic guns OptiGun GA03-P.

We also added to the supply a SAT Vertical Brushing Machine. Placed in-line prior to the entrance of the tunnel provided for the chemical pre-treatment, the aim of the Brushing Machine is to operate a mechanical pre-treatment of profiles surface.
