SAT & Exalco for a new Vertical Powder Coating Line in Greece

The Greek company Exalco, active in the field of aluminium systems since 1973, has decided to trust in SAT and its cutting-edge solutions for their productive unit of 52.200 m² in Larissa.

With a chain speed of 1.4 meters/minute, the line is equipped with stainless steel tanks and walls and 1 V-shape fast cleaning booth for a lower powder consumption thanks to a higher transfer efficiency.

Thanks to the partnership between SAT and Gema, we completed the supply with a Gema OptiCenter OC02 with 16 automatic guns model OptiGun GA03.

Moreover, we provided to the Greek customer a SAT Vertical Brushing Machine.

Placed in line prior to the entrance of the tunnel provided for the chemical pre-treatment, the Brushing Machine operates a mechanical pre-treatment of the surface of the 2 main opposite sides of the profiles in order to remove the dirtiness, simplifying the chemical attack and increasing the chemical etching.

Finally, we supplied also a SAT Packing Line Solution to protect aluminium extrusions surface after the finishing process.
