SAT and Extol: a new Cube in Spain

Extol (Extrusiones de Toledo S.A. ), one of the largest extrusion company in Spain since 1997, has chosen SAT and its top player Cube for its productive unit in Toledo.

It represents the 4^th line of this type installed in Spain, the 2^nd Cube ordered by Extol after the one in Nantes, France.

With a chain speed of 1.2 m/min, the line foresees a “cascade” pre-treatment tunnel, PP tanks and PVC walls for a higher resistance to corrosion and a longer durability.

Moreover, the line is equipped with 1 SAT V-Shape Powder Coating Booth with high transfer efficiency.  Regarding the powder coating equipment, thanks to the partnership between SAT and Gema, we provided a Gema OptiCenter with 12 automatic guns model OptiGun GA-03.
