SAT and Extol Nantes

The Spanish company Extol (Extrusiones de Toledo) has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art technology for its productive unit in Nantes. It is the 2^nd line acquired by Extol in less than 4 years.

With a chain speed of 1.2 m/min, the line foresees a “cascade” pre-treatment tunnel, PP tanks and PVC walls for a higher resistance to corrosion and a longer durability.

Moreover, the line is equipped with 1 V-Shape Powder Coating Booth with high transfer efficiency.  Regarding the powder coating equipment, thanks to the partnership between SAT and Gema, we provided a Gema OptiCenter with 12 automatic guns model OptiGun GA-03.
