SAT and Extrucoat

We’re proud to announce we’ve just concluded the start-up of a new Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 V180 Rotation Powder Coating Booths for the Egyptian company Extrucoat part of Dawlia 21 group.

It is the 2^nd line sold to the Egyptian company after the one acquired in 2015.

Extrucoat, part of Dawlia 21 group and founded with the purpose of continuing a chain of companies specialized in selling and painting aluminum profiles by adding the extrusion activity to the chain, has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art powder coating technology for the productive unit in 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt.

With a chain speed of 1,6 meters/minute, the line foresees a drying oven and a curing oven, both with bottom mounted fans. Moreover, we supplied to the Egyptian company 2 V-Shape Powder Coating Booths placed in parallel equipped with Gema OC07 with 20 Gema guns Optigun GA03 for each booth.
