Sat & Extrugasa: a new Vertical Line in the Iberian Peninsula

The Spanish company Extrugasa, reference group in the world market of Aluminum extrusion since 1965, has chosen SAT and its innovative solution at the forefront of technology for its productive unit in Valga, Pontevedra.
 

SAT supplied to the Spanish company a Vertical Coating Line for aluminium extrusions with 2 V-shape powder coating booths with high-transfer efficiency.
 

With a chain speed of 2,0 meters/minute, the plant foresees AISI316 stainless steel tanks, walls and pumps  and a drying and polymerization oven of new generation for a better performance of the whole system.
 

With regards to the electrostatic equipment for powder application – thanks to the partnership between SAT and Gema – the supply was completed with a GEMA OptiCentre OC08 with 24 automatic guns OptiGun GA03.
