SAT AND GEMA NEW VERTICAL LINE WITH FLASH-ANODIZING FOR DRUTEX S.A.

The Polish company Drutex S.A., one of the leading producer of Windows and Doors Systems in Europe since 1985, has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art vertical line for its productive unit in Bytow.

Since the signing of the contract, Drutex has always put great trust in SAT company and in its innovative solutions.

First of all, they opted for a Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 Cube Powder Coating Booths and curing oven equipped with Revolving Doors.

Thanks to our partnership with Gema, we completed the supply of the 2 V-Shape Booths with an OptiCentre OC07 equipped with  dense phase pumps to guarantee a higher transfer efficiency and a lower powder consumption.

But the most challenging part of the project was the installation of the FOX equipment for the flash-anodising.

Entirely patented by SAT, FOX is integrated to the vertical coating system and allows to pre- treat the profiles with a flash oxide layer (between 3 and 8 microns) that protects excellently the metal and the coated layer from corrosion.

The production of the company is now 100% made with the flash-anodizing.
