SAT and Romb for a new Vertical Line in Poland

We’re proud to announce we’ve completed the start-up of a vertical powder coating line in Złotów for the Polish company Romb S.A., part of the Aluprof SA – Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group.

The Polish company Romb S.A., part of the Aluprof SA – Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group chose SAT for the new Vertical Line for aluminium profiles installed in its productive unit in Złotów.

Part of Aluprof SA – Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group, considered one of the most important producers of aluminium systems in Europe, Romb represents the main player in the construction accessories segment.

The Polish Company opted for a new Vertical Powder Coating Line for aluminium extrusions with 2 C-Expert Powder Coating Booths.

With a chain speed of 2 meters/minute, the line foresees a drying and curing oven, both with bottom mounted fans to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the line. Moreover, we supplied to the Polish company 2 C-Expert Powder Coating Booths that guarantees a high transfer efficiency and a perfect application coverage even on "complex" profiles at the reference conveyor speed.
