SAT and SLA Industrie for a new Vertical Line in France

The new year has just begun, but SAT is already up and running!

We are really proud to announce that we’ve concluded the start-up of a new Vertical Powder Coating Line for aluminium profiles for the French company SLA Industrie, part of the Alsatian group Atrya.

Atrya is a leader in its sector, and thanks to its 20 production sites in Europe it emerges as one of the top five manufacturers in the area with a turnover of 420 million € and a team of 1,900 people.

In particular, SLA Industrie has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art technology for its productive site in Fougerolles (Haute-Saône).

The line is equipped with new generation drying and polymerization ovens, that were separated and modified in order to be both placed in the best location in the plant, optimizing overall layout and at the same time considerably lengthen the route of the conveyor inside the drying oven.

Moreover, the line foresees a revolving doors system placed in the front part of the oven. This technology, entirely developed by SAT and covered with an European patent, allows the profiles to enter/exit the oven while the oven is kept constantly closed. Due to this expedient, the customer can reach a drastic reduction of the energy consumption of the whole system and a final product quality improvement.

Finally, SAT provides 2 V shape powder coating booths equipped with 1 GEMA Powder Centre OptiCenter OC03 with 16 automatic guns.

SAT ET SLA INDUSTRIE POUR UNE NOUVELLE LIGNE VERTICALE EN FRANCE

La nouvelle année vient à peine de commencer, et SAT est déjà en pleine activité !

Nous sommes très fiers d'annoncer que nous avons finalisé la mise en service d'une nouvelle Ligne Verticale de Laquage à poudre pour profilés aluminium pour la société française SLA Industrie, qui fait partie du groupe alsacien Atrya.

Atrya est un leader dans son secteur. Grâce à ses 20 sites de production en Europe, il apparaît comme l'un des cinq premiers fabricants de la région, avec un chiffre d'affaires de 420 millions € et une équipe de 1900 personnes.

En particulier, SLA Industrie a choisi SAT et sa technologie de pointe pour son site de production de Fougerolles (Haute-Saône).

La ligne est équipée d’un four de séchage et d’un four de cuisson de nouvelle génération. Les nouveaux fours de séchage et de cuisson ont été modifiés et séparés afin de pouvoir être placés au meilleur endroit sur la ligne, optimisant ainsi l’encombrement global de l’installation et pour permettre d’allonger considérablement le parcours du convoyeur à l'intérieur du four de séchage.

De plus, la ligne est équipée d’un système de portes giratoires placé à l’avant du four de cuisson. Cette technologie, entièrement développée par SAT et couverte par un brevet Européen, permet aux profilés d'entrer/sortir du four de cuisson tout en gardant le four constamment fermé. Ce dispositif permet au client de réduire drastiquement de la consommation d'énergie de l'ensemble du système et d’améliorer la qualité du produit fini.

Enfin, SAT a fourni 2 cabines de poudrage de type V chacune équipées d’une centrale de poudrage GEMA OptiCenter OC03 avec 16 pistolets automatiques.
