SAT and Strugal for a new line in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla
Strugal, active in the field of design and manufacturing of aluminum profiles for the industry since 1975, has chosen SAT for the new vertical line in the productive unit of Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla.
With a chain speed of 2 meters/minute, the new installation represents the state-of-the-art of SAT technology. In fact, it foresees:
- 2 C-Expert Powder Coating Booths with Gema OC07 and 24 automatic guns.
- the Brusher, our new Vertical Brushing Machine for the mechanical pretreatment of profiles surface.
- the Automated Unloader, a cuttingedge technology able to manage big profiles in an easier and more efficient way.
- the Visicoat, one of the most important innovations in the control of the aluminium profile coating process with the introduction of AI.
