SAT and the new Vertical Line for Ponzio Polska

The company Ponzio Polska Sp. z o.o., one of the most important European manufacturer of aluminium systems used in the construction sector, chose a SAT Vertical Powder Coating line for its productive unit in Slupno, Cekanowo.

With a chain speed of 1.5 m/min, the line foresees a drying oven of new generation, separated from the curing oven and equipped with 4 fans placed on the bottom of the oven. Thanks to this new design, the height of the oven is reduced and at the same time the length of the conveyor path inside is increased.

Moreover, the coating system consists of 2 V shape fast cleaning booths placed in parallel, ensuring a lower powder consumption thanks to a higher powder transfer efficiency. Thanks to the strong partnership between SAT and Gema, every of the 2 booths is equipped with a  GEMA OptiCentre OC06 All-in-One with 20 automatic guns model OptiGun GA03-P with angled heads at 60°.
