SAT and Warema

The company Warema Sun Shading Systems Hungary, part of WAREMA group – one of the European market leaders for technical sun shading products, with around 5000 employees worldwide and almost 70 years of experience in this field – has opted for SAT and its state-of-the-art solution for its production facility in Pécs, Hungary.

 

Warema acquired a Vertical Powder Coating Line with 1 C-Expert Powder Coating Booth that guarantees a high transfer efficiency and a perfect application coverage even on "complex" profiles at the reference conveyor speed.


With a chain speed of 1,5 m/minute, the line foresees a drying and curing oven, both with bottom mounted fans to facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the line. Moreover, we supplied to Warema a Gema Powder Center OptiCenter OC06 All-in-one with 20 automatic guns OptiGun GA03.

 

We also added to the supply SAT Automated Unloader – 6 helical belts used to transit aluminium extrusions from vertical to horizontal position in the unloading area, able to manage different lengths and extremely heavy profiles.
