SAT presents its Vertical Lab

In the Verona headquarters, SAT decided to create a laboratory, called “Vertical Lab”, to gather the latest technologies developed by the Italian company in the field of aluminium surface treatment.

These include a new generation curing oven, an automatic vertical brushing machine for aluminium profiles with a dust extraction system, a latest generation application booth, a Gema new generation coating management unit with dense phase pumps, and an automatic vertical warehouse for powders that interfaces with the coating plant to feed it with the right product according to the production plan.

The laboratory that has 2 main functions: firstly, it is a showroom where we can show and present to our customers the latest technologies developed by SAT team.  Secondly, but not less important, we use it as a true laboratory where we can run strict and challenging trials with clients in order to verify / touch with hands the advantages that these products can bring and compare it with preexisting lines.
