In SAT we really believe that a company’s value is not only measured by the number of its reference installations around the world, but also by the way it provides continuous support through its after sales services.
That is why we always give great attention to the support of our customers even after the Vertical Coating or Anodizing Line is fully operative. Sometimes we contractually provide some routine visits after 6 or 12 months from the start-up, in order to make the customer feels supported and bolstered. This kind of activities are very important for SAT, since they help to create a solid relationship between professionals who communicate remotely, often by email. They are also an opportunity to show SAT professionalism and expertise, two of the main cornerstones of our philosophy.
