SAT & Femec for a new Cube Line in South America

We’re proud to announce that we’ve just concluded the start-up of a new Cube Compact Line for the company Femec in Ecuador.

It represents the latest project in South American after the one in Aluar in 2018.

The Ecuadorian company Femec, part of the group Fairis, has chosen a Cube Plus Vertical Powder Coating Plant for its productive unit in Ambato.

The line – designed to produce approximately 28 tons of coated aluminium profiles per day – is provided with a V Shape Powder Coating Booth equipped with a Gema Opticenter OC04 with 12 GA03-P automatic Guns.

The Ecuadorian job represents the 18^th start-up concluded by SAT this year, included both completed lines and revamping projects.

A huge thank you goes to our Mechanical Supervisor Dimas – that has completed the assembly and the commissioning phase in a very quick and efficient way – and to all those people who followed and contributed to successfully conclude this project!
